Excellent bass amp brands?

What are some good bass amp brands? I'm looking to buy a stack (head and cabinet), no combos. I already have a bass guitar, a 4 string Ibanez with a small 15w Fender amp. I'm looking to upgrade my amp now to try out for bands and play at a few gigs.
