NYS Health Insurance HELPPPP?

I'm 20 years old. I am a full time student at a 4 year private college and have about $10,000 in student loans. I work per diem at a hospital and make $500 bi-weekly during the school months and about $800 bi-weekly during the summer months. I currently "make too much" for medicaid and I'm not too keen on my school's health insurance. Because I am per diem and there are no full time positions available I can not get health insurance through work. I was wondering if anyone knew of any other AFFORDABLE health insurance options that I do not know about. Thanks
